Well, it has been a while since I have drawn. I was unfortunately out of a computer for three weeks. I thought I was going to go crazy. My Macbook Pro died. And well, I waited for Apple to update their line up on laptops, but that did not happen. So, I did something new. I ended buying a PC. Omg! This is wierd huh? I guess hell froze over. I bought a Sony Vaio F Series and I must say, I am pretty happy with my purchase. So, I need to reinstall my Wacom tablet drivers and buy a new copy of Adobe Creative Suite for Windows and I am good to go. I will wait for the newer version to come out in April. So, I will try to crank out another comic some time in April. Just wanted to give you a guys a heads up on my little hiatus from the comic strip.

Pat Robertson is a complete douche. I cannot believe he said that today (Pat Robertson Calls Quake ‘blessing in Disguise’). A blessing in disguise? You got to be kidding me. Please, someone get this man off the air. As for the people in Haiti my thoughts and prayers are with you. Some ways you can help right now is to give through one of the organizations listed here.
Anyways, time for sleep. I am way over due for some zzZZzzzz.

Well, I decided do things a bit different with today’s strip. I am experimenting, so to speak. With this issue. I drew and ink the strip completely on Strathmore Bristol Vellum 100lb acid free paper. Normally, I sketch the comic on some regular sketch paper and then scan it in and ink the sketch in Adobe Illustrator. Then later use a template I made for the comic strip. It works great that way, but I was wanting something tangible to have, instead of having my strip only exist on my computer. So, I was able to produce it on the bristol board that I have. As for the word bubbles, I completely suck at writing. My penmanship is horrid. I love computers for that reason. Oh well, I am planning on doing the strips in this fashion for a while. I need to spread my wings a bit and explore different options. I have to say it looks pretty much the same on how I drew and ink it on the Bristol board. The only difficulty I came across was using Photoshop to remove the discoloration from the bristol board that my scanner scanned in. I ended using the leveling features in Photoshop to remove the bristol board’s color and the light pencils that still remained on the board. This was a first for me, because I do everything digitally using my Wacom. This link aided me in fixing the leveling on the scanned strip, http://www.biorust.com/tutorials/detail/199/en/. Now, if I can only nail that penmanship I am good. Anyways, experimentation is fun! Have a good day!

Really disappointed with Texas Tech today. I hope the rumors are true about the Dallas Cowboys wanting Mike Leach. He will do great there. I wish him the best. Anyways, the comic says it all. Have a good Wednesday.

Yep, you know who you are! Tsk tsk tsk. Ok ok ok. I am guilty of it as well. Oh well what can I say? Well, I hope all of you got your Christmas shopping done. I am close to being done. I just need two more people to shop for and that is it! Yeah! In conclusion, time for sleep. Have a good one!

Yeah…. who doesn’t feel this way right about now? I know I am broke till the end of 2032 the way things are going now. Oh well. Let’s not focus on how much in debt we are, but lets focus on how much in debt other people are. That will sure to make you feel better.
Works for me! Anyways, time for sleep!

It’s been a while since I’ve drawn. I have been cosumed with the wonderful world of programming. I am hoping things will slow down on my end so I can focus more on the strip. I am lucky to get this strip out tonight. Let’s hope for Friday. Have a good night!

Well, my day hasn’t started per say. Tomorrow is Monday and I hope all goes well. I know if I get some early sleep for once and wake up to a nice cup of coffee all should go well. We shall see. So, if you see me cheery then don’t screw up my day.
Have a good Monday!

I have a job. It doesn’t pay well, but I do enjoy it. But what I enjoy more are video games. Warcraft! Yes, game addiction. Very very bad game. However its cheap entertainment for me. Better than most things to keep me occupied. I really need to try some PS3 games though. The only problem is that I get bored with them so fast. I usually play them for a month or so then rarely to never touch them anymore. I do want to try out the Beatles Rock Band though. Has anyone tried it? What are your thoughts? A must buy? I really need to lay off the Warcrack. Although in my defense I am not an addict to it as I used to be. I sparingly play it now. Good for me! Yea David! In any case, I am tired. Night all!
